How does BioClean Cyclo wastewater treatment work?

The BioClean CYCLO® wastewater treatment system consists of 2 or 3 tanks:

Tank A - Separator and storage.

Tank B - Aeration/filtration tank (for underground installation).

g - Plastic cartridge with submerged microfilters h and submerged aeration arbors e.

k - Air lift for secondary sludge suction.

f - Metal cabinet (for use inside buildings).

i - Switch board, air pump, permeate pump, air divider and electronic sensors. The cabinet is connected with the tank system by 5 pipes.

The inflow of residential waste water a is placed in tank A above water level. Coarse substances float b or sediment c. The rest flows through d into tank B.

In tank B the waste water, exempt from coarse substances, gets into contact with microorganisms that bind the remaining waste. Therefore, supply of oxygen e and mashing are required. The huge amount of microorganisms can be seen as secondary sludge.

With the submerged microfiltration membranes h, secondary sludge and clear water are splitted reliably. The permeate l pump lifts clear water to the infiltration system or into a ditch.

The secondary sludge remains in tank B or gets by air lift into tank A.

Together with the floating and sedimenting waste water substances, the sludge should be disposed in a municipal waste water treatment plant (every 1 – 2 years). The cartridge can easily be taken out of the aeration/ filtration tank.

Reuse the clean recycled water and save!

The treated and purified water complies with all Thai water quality standards for building effluent and even the European guidelines for bathing water.

You can safely re-use the purified water for irrigation, flush, and other purposes.
